Shipping and Freight
All orders are shipped Freight On Board (F.O.B.) from our warehouse location. Occasionally, orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to achieve the best possible rates.
Freight/Shipping Incentives
Many freight incentives are available based on what you order and where you’re located. Please ask when placing your order.
Freight/Shipping - Drop Ship
A $10.00 drop ship fee may be added to all drop-shipped orders in addition to the standard shipping charges about those orders. TWGS Wholesale is not responsible for damaged or lost drop shipments. All lost/damaged claims related to drop shipments must be handled directly with the freight carrier. When the manufacturer conducts a drop shipment directly, TWGS Wholesale may be able to help facilitate claims. Any special packaging situations may be subject to additional charges.​​
Return & Exchange Policy
Freight Claim Information
TWGS Wholesale will process all freight claims for you. Please follow the steps below to ensure coverage:

Inspect all orders upon receipt and take a piece count immediately.

Before signing, note any damages or shortages on the bill of lading (BOL).

If damages or shortages are noted, please have the driver sign or initial the BOL after you’ve noted them.

If time does not allow you to inspect the shipment immediately, note on the BOL “pending inspection or piece count” before signing.

If a freight claim must be filed, please email us the BOL and digital photos of the damage within two (2) days. Please be sure the BOL is marked with noted damages and/or shortages.

Concealed damage: All freight claims not noted on the BOL or received from you after two (2) days will be considered concealed damage claims. Email/fax us a description of the nature of the concealed damage with the BOL and digital photos. We will reimburse you for only the amount of concealed damage the freight company allows to pay on the claim (most freight companies will pay up to â…“ for concealed damage).
Return Authorization Policies & Procedures - General
To make the return process flow smoothly, please follow the policy terms outlined below:

All defective items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued before returning to us. Please complete our RMA form and email/fax it to sales@twgswholesale.com.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
